Refund and Cancellation Policy

We value our clients and aim to ensure a transparent and fair business relationship. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.
Standard Refund Process Time :
At NEXTIGO TECHNOLOGYS, we prioritize transparency and efficiency in our refund process. Once a cancellation and refund request is submitted by a client, our internal team reviews the request thoroughly to verify all relevant details, including the project’s progress and eligibility for a refund.
If the request is approved and deemed eligible according to our refund policy, we proceed with the refund process. Typically, refunds are issued within 2-7 business days from the date of approval. This timeframe allows us to ensure all necessary checks are completed to avoid any errors during the refund process.
Refunds Before Work Commences:
If a client requests a cancellation and refund before we begin any work, we will provide a full refund with no deductions. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to accommodate our clients’ needs.
Project Cancellation and Refunds after Work Commences:
a) Up to 25% Completion: If a client requests to cancel a project and seeks a refund after we have started working, we will issue a 50% refund of the total project cost.
b) 26% to 75% Completion: If a client requests to cancel a project and seeks a refund when the project is between 26% and 75% completed, we will issue a 20% refund of the total project cost.
c) Above 75% Completion: Once a project is more than 75% completed, no refund will be issued, as substantial work has been performed.
Completion and Delivery:
Once we have finished the work and delivered it to either the client’s server or our own server, no refund will be issued. This applies even if the client chooses not to utilize or deploy the delivered work.
New Domain Registration:
Please note that domain registration services are non-refundable. Once a domain registration request has been processed and completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. We encourage clients to carefully consider their domain choices before proceeding with registration.
Cloud Server:
We offer cloud server hosting services to our clients. To ensure client satisfaction, we provide a 03-day free trial period for all cloud server packages. If, within this trial period, the client is dissatisfied with our cloud server service and decides to cancel, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid for the cloud server package.
Please be aware that the 03-day free trial only applies to the cloud server package and does not include any additional services or features purchased alongside it.
Refund Processing Time:
We understand the importance of timely refunds. Our standard refund processing time is 7-10 business days. However, the actual time for the refunded amount to reflect in your original payment method may vary based on your financial institution or payment provider’s policies and procedures.
Unused Hours or Third-Party Expenses:
In cases where we provide hourly-based services, any unused hours will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, any material costs or third-party expenses incurred during the project will not be refundable.
Paid Plugins and Non-Refundable Costs:
In certain web development projects, it may be necessary for us to purchase paid plugins or third-party software to meet specific client requirements. Please note that the costs associated with these paid plugins or third-party software are non-refundable.
Paid plugins and third-party software often have their own refund policies, which we adhere to. We will inform the client about any such purchases and their associated costs upfront, ensuring transparency and providing the opportunity for the client to make an informed decision.
We encourage clients to thoroughly review the features, compatibility, and terms of use of any paid plugins or third-party software before giving us the go-ahead to purchase them. Once purchased, these costs are non-refundable, and any associated licenses or subscriptions will be transferred to the client.
Our team of experts will assist clients in selecting the most suitable and cost-effective options for their projects, taking into consideration the specific requirements and budgetary constraints.
