At NEXTIGO TECHNOLOGYS, the final delivery of corporate profile / letter head files will be provided only after the full payment has been successfully completed. This ensures clarity and transparency in our process. We recommend clients review all drafts thoroughly before making the final payment, as changes post-delivery may incur additional charges
Website delivery policy
For website design and development projects, a test link will be provided for design confirmation. Once the client approves the design and completes the remaining web development payments, the company will deploy the final website under the client’s domain and server.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold NEXTIGO TECHNOLOGYS and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
