We are seeking a skilled and experienced WebOps Manager to oversee the technical aspects of website operations, domain management, and server administration. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance, ensure website performance, and manage client data securely and efficiently.
- Website Monitoring: Continuously monitor the health, performance, and uptime of client websites.
- Domain Management: Manage domain renewals, DNS configurations, and domain-related troubleshooting.
- Server Management:
- Administer WHM, WHMCS, cPanel, and HPanel platforms.
- Ensure optimal server performance and manage hosting environments.
- Technical Assistance:
- Provide support to clients for website-related technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve errors or downtime promptly.
- Client Data Management:
- Maintain and secure client data with high confidentiality.
- Ensure proper backups and recovery plans are in place.
- Web Administration: Manage web hosting configurations, email setups, and SSL installations.
- In-depth knowledge of WHM, WHMCS, cPanel, HPanel, and other hosting management platforms.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting website and server-related issues.
- Strong understanding of web security protocols and data management practices.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, and WordPress for web development and customization tasks.
- Familiarity with web server configurations and database management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide proactive solutions to technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills for assisting clients with technical concerns and providing clear guidance.
