Ecom Administrator

We are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Administrator to manage and monitor clients’ eCommerce websites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and achieving business goals.
- Website Management: Monitor and update clients’ eCommerce websites, ensuring they are functional, user-friendly, and up-to-date.
- Order Processing: Oversee order fulfillment, including order confirmation, invoicing, and tracking.
- Logistics Coordination: Work with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Customer Interaction:
- Handle live chat inquiries and respond to customer emails promptly.
- Answer customer calls to resolve issues and provide information.
- Payment Gateway Management: Monitor and manage payment gateways to ensure seamless transactions.
- Database Management: Maintain and organize customer data, order histories, and other essential records.
- Reporting: Generate and share reports on website performance, sales, and operational metrics.
- Proficiency in eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- Familiarity with payment gateway integration and management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot website and order-related issues efficiently.
- Experience with CRM tools and inventory management software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a solutions-focused approach to challenges.
